IF SAFETY IS A CONCERN, THIS POLE SAW IS FOR YOU! Notice the photo above on the right. The 21' length of the pole saw (PS1) allows the operator to stand safely clear of the branch he is cutting. If a standard length pole pruner (12' typically) was being used to cut the same branch, the operator would have to stand directly under the branch to make the cut and then make a fast escape when the limb falls.
